    1. Start by taking a five hour impact coaching course.

    2. Next expand your coaching knowledge with the Transformational Coaching Model.

    3. Then continue to grow by taking the Professional Coaching Education class.

    4. Finally, practice coaching through Mentor Coaching.

    • Participation in Avoda Certified Coaching Education.

    • 60+ hours of course training for ACC, Level 1.

    • 10 hours of Individual Mentor Coaching.

    • One recorded coaching session for performance evaluation.

    • A coaching log of 100 hours with clients.

    • ICF Credentialing Exam.

    • All of our courses are scheduled every three to six months.

    • Coach-specific training hours for your ACC can be completed in three to six months.

    • Individual Mentor Coaching is three months to 12 months.

    • ACC coaching log of 100 hours depending on your pace.
